Happy Chinese New Year with the Arrivals

Happy Chinese New Year! If you are cooking and celebrating vegetarian style tonight, try out this citrusy tofu from Go Vegan Meow! blog. J-Fur and I are taking the night off and joining the Becks at China Yuan (you might find me tomorrow lying in a pile of steamed pineapple buns and salt and pepper tofu).
